⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

• Inside Dhaka City: 24 to 48 hours.
• Outside Dhaka (District/Thana levels): 2 to 4 business days.

Note: Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen events, national holidays, severe weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.

৳ Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka City: BDT 60
• Dhaka Suburbs (Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj): BDT 100
• Outside Dhaka (Rest of Bangladesh): BDT 130

📍 Order Tracking & Updates

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking link or SMS containing your consignment number. You can use this to check the live status of your shipment.

💵 Delivery Process & COD

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please ensure your contact number is active. If you fail to receive the package after 2 delivery attempts, it will be returned and re-shipping charges will apply.

⚠️ Damaged Outer Packaging

If the outer parcel bag/box looks tampered with or severely damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately via WhatsApp.
