All transactions, product listings, and partner programs strictly adhere to national e-commerce regulations and consumer protection laws.

3. Partner & Affiliate Program Terms

• Verification: Participation in our Partner Program (Athletes, Coaches, Content Creators, and Dropshippers) is subject to manual verification and approval by Vella Lifestyle.
• Commission & Pay-outs: Affiliates earn performance-based commissions tracked via unique affiliate links or promo codes. Misuse, fraudulent orders, or self-referral manipulations will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings.
• Tier-2 / Override Commission: Referral overrides (3%-5%) apply only to verified secondary partners invited through valid primary partner referral links.

4. Pricing and Product Information

We strive to display accurate product images, specifications, and prices. However, prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Vella Lifestyle reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for reasons including inventory stockouts, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

২. ব্যবসায়িক পরিচালনা ও ডিজিটাল বিজনেস আইডেন্টিফায়ার (DBID)

ভেলা লাইফস্টাইল বাংলাদেশ সরকারের ই-কমার্স নীতিমালা এবং ডিজিটাল বিজনেস আইডেন্টিফায়ার (DBID) কাঠামোর আওতায় বৈধ ট্রেড লাইসেন্স ও নিবন্ধন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হয়। আমাদের সকল লেনদেন ও কার্যক্রম ভোক্তা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন ও জাতীয় নীতিমালার অনুসারী।

৩. পার্টনার ও অ্যাফিলিয়েট প্রোগ্রাম সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলী

• যাচাইকরণ: আমাদের পার্টনার প্রোগ্রামে (অ্যাথলেট, কোচ, কন্টেন্ট ক্রিয়েটর এবং ড্রপশিপার) যোগদান ভেলা লাইফস্টাইল কর্তৃপক্ষের ম্যানুয়াল যাচাইকরণ এবং অনুমোদনের ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
• কমিশন ও পে-আউট: পার্টনারদের কমিশনের হিসাব তাদের নিজস্ব ট্র্যাকিং লিংক বা প্রোমো কোডের ভিত্তিতে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সংরক্ষিত হয়। কোনো প্রকার জালিয়াতি, ভুয়া অর্ডার বা অসদুপায় অবলম্বন করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করা হবে।
• টিয়ার-২ / ওভাররাইড কমিশন: প্রাথমিক ভেরিফাইড পার্টনারের রেফারেন্সে যুক্ত হওয়া সেকেন্ডারি পার্টনারদের পারফরমেন্সের ওপর ৩%-৫% অতিরিক্ত কমিশন পাওয়ার বিধান প্রযোজ্য থাকবে।

৪. পণ্যের তথ্য ও মূল্য নির্ধারণ

আমরা ওয়েবসাইটে সঠিক পণ্যের ছবি, বিবরণ ও মূল্য প্রদর্শন করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। তবে পরিস্থিতির প্রেক্ষিতে পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই পণ্যের স্টক বা মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৫. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও বাতিলকরণ

স্টক সীমাবদ্ধতা, মূল্যে ভুল ত্রুটি বা সন্দেহজনক লেনদেনের ক্ষেত্রে ভেলা লাইফস্টাইল যেকোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ, সংশোধন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৬. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property)

vellalifestyle.com-এ ব্যবহৃত সকল লোগো, ব্র্যান্ড নাম, গ্রাফিক্স ও কন্টেন্ট ভেলা লাইফস্টাইলের নিজস্ব সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া এসব উপাদানের বাণিজ্যিক ব্যবহার বা অনুলিপি সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

৭. পরিচালনা আইন

এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন ও বিচার ব্যবস্থার অধীনে পরিচালিত ও নিয়ন্ত্রিত হবে।
